St Anthony’s Well: A Community Effort to Protect a Sacred Water Source

Over 20 local volunteers came together at St Anthony’s Well this weekend with spades and good spirits, continuing our commitment to protecting this ancient and healing water source. By clearing built-up silt around the spring, we uncovered a natural circular drainage area — now guiding rainwater around the well rather than into it. With more people visiting since the original clean-up three years ago, this ongoing community care is vital. Volunteer days and donations continue, helping us safeguard these sacred waters for generations to come.
